It has to start with the values, then policies, then activities, and only then all these would serve as logical continuation of each other. You can’t just stop at the KPIs company policies. Now, as we are becoming truly global (17 countries!), we are learning to work with it systematically on a bigger scale so that our PMs know how to deal with distributed teams and understand cultural differences.
